Board Scheduler

Hello,
It's my first time trying to schedule a nightly procedure run. I'm on board 12.6 and I'm having a hard time finding the scheduler in system admin portal.

I will appreciate any resources and/or screenshots on how to locate the scheduler and schedule a nightly procedure run.

Hey Walter, I am Gavin.

To schedule a nightly procedure, you’ll need to access the Scheduler through the Cloud Admin Portal. Here’s how you can get there:

1.Log in to your instance (e.g., board1levelp1.board.com).

2. Once logged in, modify the URL by adding:8443 at the end (so it becomes board1levelp1.board.com:8443).

3. This will open the Cloud Admin Portal site.

4. On the left-hand side menu (2nd option from the top, as shown in the screenshot), you’ll find the Scheduler.

5. Click on Scheduler, then select New Task.

6. From there, you’ll see all the options available to schedule your procedure.
