Here is what I see in the new courses that ask me to setup my Board training environment.

do I click on restart? I'm paranoid it'll clear everything I've done.

No worries at all — we’ll surely help! I checked your training environment, and it’s still active (it will only expire on 09/25/2025).
If you want me to extend your training, please let us know your preferred extension period: 5, 10, 15, or 20 days.
You don’t need to worry about losing your progress. Just click on the Board platform button
Once you do, it will redirect you to the login page. Simply enter your email address, and tada! You’ll be able to access the platform again without any issues.
You’re all set to continue smoothly with your training!

@Gavin Murray to be clear, I don't have any issues right now. I just want to extend it so it doesn't expire this Thursday 9/25/25. I will need at least 20 more days to complete the rest of my trainings. Thank you!
@Gavin Murray I get these emails everyday for context. I've been asking for help since Thursday last week on this. Hoping the next response I get is a confirmation that this has been extended.
