are there any plans to work on the loading speed of a flex grid?
When i load the same data into a dataview it works fairly quick however when i do the same in flex grid it takes minimum 2 minutes + to load.

Actually, you are comparing two different objects, which - back-end speaking - work differently, since they are designed for two different kinds of analysis. More details can be found here. Hence, it can be expected that the execution time required is different.
