Unable to enter data in Indirect Global Expense Planning template.

Cube used in the template I enabled the Data Entry. Can please help me in this

I would like to inform you that you have also created case 00168719 for the same issue, and we have already provided the resolution steps there.

For your reference, please check the following:

1. Confirm whether selecting “Version Status” implicitly selects a version. If not, the hierarchy may need to be repaired — you can verify this by performing a drill-down by Version, which should display only one row.

2. Review the Database Security → Cube Visibility settings:

3. Check the month settings in the cube “SET - DF - Actual Months” and the planning lock in “PLN - DF - Lock Planning”:

If the above checks do not resolve the issue, kindly provide the following details so we can investigate further:

• Which cube(s) are used in the Indirect Global Expense Planning template for data entry?
• Is the cube defined as a writable cube (not an algorithm or formula)?
• A screenshot of the Data Entry settings in the layout to confirm Data Entry is enabled.
• Whether any security restrictions (user/group/cell security) or lock data entry rules are applied to these cubes.
• Whether you have tested entering data with a different role/user or in a fresh layout.
