Module 212: Not able to view the values after Update P and L

Previously i had pasted all the screenshots regarding the issue, one thing i noticed now is after completing all the processes , the screen is popping results of 2024. But according to the steps it should be of year 2023. Is there any problem with the year.

if i select year 2023 in the play mode i am getting values similar to it.

If your system's current Time Entity (the overall time context for the application) is set to 2024 (which is common in demo environments where current planning is happening), the screen will automatically select 2024 as the default year.

Here are the precise steps using the central Select function to change the default year of the screen:

Enter Design Mode: Navigate to your "Expense Actuals" screen and switch to Design Mode.
Open the Select Window: Click the Select icon (usually the funnel or multi-box icon) in the Top Menu/Ribbon to open the global Select window for the screen.
Locate the Year Entity: In the Select window, you will see a list of all available entities. Use the search feature in the upper left corner of the Select window to quickly find the "Year" entity.
Make the Static Selection:
- Click on the Year entity to open its members list.
- Find the specific year you want to set as default (2023).
- Tick its checkbox. This action permanently selects 2023 for this screen, establishing it as the Static Screen Selection.
Confirm and Save:
- Close the Select window.
- Crucially, click the main Save button in the Design Mode ribbon to save the entire screen layout.

By following these steps, you are explicitly telling the screen to always filter data by 2023 upon opening, which overrides the dynamic Current Year selection you saw in the selector's properties.
