level 300; Module 309: Not able to submit the functional test answer

If I try choosing these two options and submit ,it is not yet all responding but if i choose other options it is responding with incorrect, Please help me with this issue

Submit button on Step 6 of functional testing does not work when the correct answer is selected, and I can't proceed to step 7.
