Flex Grid - Totals not formatted & how to rename columns

Dear,

Im currently using the flexgrid which is great. Im facing small issues

The totals are not inheriting the format of negative values nor adding the % sign.

Also , how can i rename the columns , i need to remove the calculated which has been prefixed.
