Level300, Module303: Functional test Q7, Store UK0011 not locked

Hi,

I have locked UK like questioned but one store, UK0011 is not locked in Sales Planning Adjustments. I checked for other countries and can confirm that it is always the last store is unlocked and the annual total aswell.

Any clue how that can happen? I am not interested in redo all and see if it is fixed answer. I want to know how that can happen so I understand the mechanic.

Could you please recorded screen from Functional test Q1 till Q7 and share the same with us?

This will help us verify why the concerned Store UK0011 is not appearing as locked.

not sure what you mean by "recorded screen". The questions are easy to answer if the function are working or not. SO passing is never an issue.

In this run of trainings environment Sales Planning Adjustment is not locking in Q5. In my earlier run it was working. Can be related to as I took out "locked by" I just deleted the locking cube but noticed then that the "locked by" did not disappear. So deleted all cubes and set them up from the scratch. I do not see why this should case an error but it is not working in Sales Planning Adjustment.

The question I tried to solve by rerunning the trainings environment is Q7 and I have again the issue that the last store of each country is not locking. I added test for Sweden and Italy in addition to UK.

Sorry for the late response. We were working on it with a concerned team for what best can be done to handle such a situation.

I see that the functional test went correctly in 303. If you believe there is a data discrepancy, we can create a case where the dedicated team can restore the backup till 302 or 303 which will be accurate.

After that you can replicate all steps thoroughly from the course. However, we need sometime to do that.
