Flex Grid equivalent locked by Options

Can someone please explain to me the equivalent for locked by cells found in dataview

In flexgrid , we have only cells locked by

What would be the equivalent of the dataview to flexgrid.

@Khaleelah , i guess there is no equivalent in flexgrid (yet).

Dataview is the most mature object of Board, and flexgrid the most recent.

I guess the features existing in dataview will be developed gradually into flexgrid. But noone can say which feature exactly and when.
