Not able to perform average

I have taken one solution building task

Months are selected like 12 months from jan to dec

I have taken cargo revenue jan to dec

each month has equiavalent revenue

Now, I need to calucate seasonality index = Revenue of month Jan/ Avearage revenue from all the months

I am not able to perform the action , Please help me with this
