Content tags in the Board Community are applied to published articles to help make content more discoverable. Did you know that you can find some of the most popular content tags directly from the homepage? Find them just under Quick Links on the right-hand side and select a tag to discover posts and discussions that include that tag.
There are many content tags readily available for selection when you post a new question to the Platform Forum, for example, and additional tags will be considered by request. While we do try to streamline content tags to keep search as helpful as possible, you can reach out to us to request a new tag by emailing community@board.com.
