From time to time we have troubles downloading files generated with data exports from Azure with the message below. The same files works for several time and suddenly we cannot load it anymore:

Hi Catalina, my French is a bit lacking I'm afraid but from what I can see you're copying the file to a Onedrive folder, could that be the issue? I know that Onedrive can implement file locks which can cause issues with other programs because I've had the issue with a tool I use, maybe try copying to a non-synched folder and see whether that solves it?

I tried on a folder which is not synced with one drive and it's not working. This is the message:
Failed to transfer 'bss/S4/POLEEMP-S2/0-Administration/01-Entités/03-Administration_CFI/Referentiel_CFI.csv' to 'D:\2. BOARD\3. S4 CONSOLIDATION': 0 items transferred (SAP signature used, discovery performed).
I don't know what is the link with a SAP signature, I'm not aware of this kind of link…
Okay, I'm afraid I don't know what the SAP signature would refer to. Azure Storage Explorer is Microsoft's own software for accessing Azure storage locations and as such I'm none too expert in diagnosing issues. Under Settings you can increase the log verbosity, it might be worth doing so and seeing whether it gives you any more details about why it failed?

it is strange that is a "random" issue.
when it stops to work properly it stays in that situation and you must act in some other way or does the situation solves itself simply waiting some time?
did you configure the connection as a "file share" , in the azure storage explorer?
did you already have the chance to open a ticket on our Support Portal? I guess our Cloud Architects can help us

I have file that is generated daily and I think I was able to open it the first times and afertwards it stopped working. I didn't open a ticket as I wasn't blocked but I'll do it if necessary.
