Hi Emil, I don't believe there's a way to do that currently unfortunately, I think the best you could do is to create a second block in the layout which holds the % split rather than the value and have the option for the user to switch between the two measures.

Rob - When you say giving user an option to switch between the measures, do you mean by providing two separate tabs? Is there a way to switch between measures on same chart?

If you set a chart up with multiple blocks and choose the display mode Single Data Block
The user can then switch between the available blocks to display via the chart menu

and mark Primary axes as percentage:
