Data Model Missing B12 Level 200 Board Instance

Hello,

unfortunately I don’t have a data model in my Board instance for Developer 200. What did I do wrong? The instance was reset once by support. I cannot proceed with step 202 (create db procedure) without the data modell. Did I miss a step?

Hello Carolin,

Thank you for sharing the video file for our reference.

As I checked, your training instance has been reset. You will now need to rebuild the data model from scratch by following the steps in the course lesson 204. Once the data model is created, you will be able to view it.

I understand that after the instance reset, the Developer 200 data model is no longer available, which is blocking you from continuing with step 202 of the course.

I kindly ask you to please clear your browser cache and cookies, or try using a different browser, and then click on the link below:

Once the page opens, click on Set-up and check whether you are able to access the training instance.

If the issue persists, could you please share a short video showing the steps you follow and where you get stuck? This will help us investigate further.

Hello Nial,

thank you for your fast response. I followed your steps but stillt can't find a data model. I asked my contact at Board to please reset the database so I can repeat the course. I used Brave and Edge. Attached you can find a short video.

Hello again,

I'm sorry but today I encountered another problem: When trying to open the Board Instance I get the response "504 Gateway Time-Out". Yesterday everything worked fine.

Edit: Nevermind: I found there is a B14 developer course available, so I will start from there.
