ALM Transporter Package flags procedures that haven't been changed

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to 14.5 (Revision 0.0.447261) in our on-prem environment, and we are experiencing an anomaly with how the transporter package works.

When we compare two environments, we are getting flags for procedures that have not been changed. The log for all of these cases just says "Steps". We know for a fact that some of these procedures have not been opened in a long time, and even when we compare the two procedures manually, they are exactly the same, down to the last detail.

Not all unchanged procedures get flagged, but a significant portion of the unchanged procedures do.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known feature/bug? Thanks for any input.

Hi Krisztina, I'm not aware of an issue like that with transporting procedures - can I ask which version of Board you upgraded from?
