We would like to inform you that we will be carrying out required planned infrastructure maintenance on Board SaaS environment in the coming months of 2026.
This activity is required as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a secure, stable, and up-to-date cloud platform, including the replacement of the underlying operating system that are approaching end-of-life.
What you can expect:
- There will be no changes to the Board application, its version, or its functionality.
- The maintenance focuses solely on infrastructure and system updates.
- All activities will be performed during standard working hours (CET) on weekdays.
Service impact
If you are one of the customers impacted by this maintenance, this will result in a brief temporary service interruption affecting your Board instances (sandbox or platform). The other services, such as Board Shared Storage or the Subscription Hub, will not be impacted.
We understand the importance of service availability and will take all necessary measures to minimize any impact.
Customers affected by this activity will receive direct communication with further details, including timing and available options, should rescheduling in other time slots be required.
