Backup Procedure Fails

Backup Procedure Fails when we give the custom path to customized path (NAS). this path can access from the server and the backups are able to run to the same path from Board 12.6 but am unable to do same from the Board 14. Can you share your inputs if anyone know the solution.

Hi Srikanth, can you give me some more details - are you on-premise or cloud? What sort of path are we talking here, UNC? What's the error message you get? Many thanks.
