Capsule permissions

In the Ressources i found the Documantation for the Folder Securities, but how can i manage the access to Capsules on the Top Level?

We have some capsules on the same level as Folders…

but in the security section i can only select Folders:

Hi Benjamin,

In Board, security can only be assigned at the Folder level, not directly to capsules that are placed at the top level. Capsules inherit their access rights from the folder in which they are stored.

If you have capsules located at the same level as folders (top level), they cannot be managed individually in the Security section. To control access, you will need to:

1. Create a dedicated folder (e.g., based on role or function).
2. Move the capsules into that folder.
3. Assign security permissions to the folder.

The capsules will then inherit the defined access rights automatically.
