Level 300, Module 309: The Approve button doesn't trigger anything #Level309: Workflow

Question

Hello,

I try to Approve during the QA of Workflow.

When I double click, nothing appears, no trigger. But when I refreh the page, I see that it worked.

I am supposed to see a message and confirm or not the approval.

i checked my procedures and don't know what is wrong.

Anyone encounters this issue during developing ?

I have the same issue when I double click on the Submit button with a planner profile.

No prompts, and I have to refresh the page to see the results.

And when I double-click again, I have nothing.

Same thing when I reject with the approver profile.

Thank you for reaching out.

I understand that when you attempt to approve during the QA of the workflow, no message or trigger appears on double-click. However, after refreshing the page, the approval seems to have gone through, even though you were expecting a confirmation message.

I will get this checked internally to better understand what might be causing this behavior and get back to you with more information.

In the meantime, could you please confirm which step you are currently on in Module 309? Additionally, if possible, could you share a short screen recording of the issue? This will help us get a clearer understanding of what you are experiencing and speed up the investigation.
