Training Environment Instance Help

Question

Hello!  My training environment instance has expired.  I need a new one to take the new Introduction to A&R OnDemand learning.  Thanks for your help!

Hi Amy,

We checked the expiry date of the training environment for the A&R course (B14 Analysis & Reporting). Here, the expiry date shows as 1/29, which has already passed, so 15 days post expiry, the extension of any training environment is not possible.

The only way around is that we remove the current environment, which then allows you to create a new training environment and then continue with the course.
