We would like to inform you of an upcoming update to our SOC reporting framework for 2026. As part of a broader strategic alignment, Board will transition to a new external SOC auditor.
Please note that the scope of controls, overall framework, and level of assurance will remain substantially consistent with previous years, with no reduction in coverage.
For Board SaaS, the following SOC reports will be issued for the respective reporting periods:
- SOC 1 Type II: 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026
- SOC 1 Type II : 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026
- SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3: 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026
All reports will be issued within 45 days following the end of each respective reporting period. We are providing this update in advance to ensure transparency and to proactively address any potential questions ahead of the next reporting cycle.
How to Request the Report
Customers who wish to access the SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II report can do so by submitting a request to your Board Account Manager directly.
We encourage all customers, especially those in regulated industries or with audit requirements, to take advantage of this report to support their own compliance efforts.
