Level 300, Module 306 : Stuck on functional test Q2

I've been stuck on question #2 in Module 306 it still returns incorrect result. These are my Expense Planning values. I've reviewed the building steps and procedures multiple times based on the training instructions and everything was correctly set. Kindly provide assistance how to resolve.
