Disable group alerts doesn't apply to dataview with multiple rows

Question

Hello,

i have a problem with the color alerts in a data view object. In the multiple entities by row options of the data view, disable group alerts is enabled, which to my understanding should disable the color alert in the group headers. But in my case it doesn't. In fact the disable group alerts option doesn't change anything on the data view, regardless if it is enabled or not. (I am on Board v14.4)

Can someone explain this to me?

you are right. it seems, that this is ignorred on some alert settings. I strongly suggest to open a case for this in our Support Portal

thanks for the reply and yes i meant in the Group Header of the Dataview. In my Dataview the color alert format is set to Blocks (2nd option), where the color alert doesn't apply to the group header as I think it would (it changes the font color and not the cell background). And there it didn't changes anything when I set the "disable group alerts" option.

I tested it with the other formats as well and the only one it worked with is Smarties.

are you refering to the total line or the Group header? Cause for me it seems to work, when I use the option "Disable Group Alerts", as it removes the laert on Group header, but not on total:
