Board 12 to Board 15 migration - old #/upload screen not editable

Question

Hello everyone,

I’m currently migrating an application from Board 12 to Board 15 and I’m facing an issue with an old upload screen accessible through a URL like:

https://myapplication-c1.board.com/#/upload

The screen contains several upload file sections “Requests”, “Present”, “Budget” etc.) with Upload buttons.

The main issue is that:

* I don’t have access to the Design/Edit mode for this screen,
* I cannot find it inside the standard Board Capsules,
* and I’m not sure whether this screen comes from:
* a standard Board Capsule, or a File Group / Cloud Upload implementation.

While researching, I found this community article related to File Groups and uploads in Board Cloud:

The UI looks very similar to the “Upload files” / “File Groups” mechanism, so I’m wondering if this screen could be related to an old custom cloud implementation.

Has anyone already encountered this type of #/upload screen during a Board 12 → 15 migration?

Any feedback, experience, or suggestions to identify the source of this component would be greatly appreciated.

As mentionned here : Board 12 to Board 15 the feature has been deprecated.

Thank you for sharing the details. Since this relates to a Board 12 to Board 15 migration and the upload page is not visible or editable through the standard Capsule design area, it would be best to submit a Support case for a closer review.

The Support team will need to check the specific environment, migrated application structure, URL behavior, and whether this upload page is linked to a legacy File Group, Cloud Upload configuration, custom implementation, or another migrated component.

When opening the case, please include:

* Source and target Board versions
* Cloud environment details
* The exact URL pattern used to access the page
* Screenshots of the upload screen
* Whether this existed and worked in Board 12 before migration
* Any related Capsule, Procedure, File Group, or Data Reader references
* Steps already checked to locate the screen/component

This will allow Support to investigate the configuration directly and provide guidance based on the actual migrated setup.
