P&L Rule Total Income is missing on my Board Screen

I configured my P&L Rule based on the configuration below. But I am unable to determine why "Total Income" row does not have any values compared to the sample screenshot provided by the Academy on my screen "Profit and Loss Statement - Budget. Please see screenshots below including layout editor and P&L Rule.

Thank you for your response.

The “Total Income” value is calculated based on the formula configured within the course setup.

Could you please confirm if all the steps from the section below were completed properly?

"Build a second version of the Budget Profit and Loss Statement"

Please create the formulas as instructed in the course, keeping in mind that the formula refers to the code of each “Profit and Loss Report” Entity member. To populate the formula, select the Entity “Code” and add the appropriate numeric operators in between.

For your reference, please refer to the attached screenshot showing the expected formula configuration for the “Total Income” row and other related mappings.

Once confirmed, please let us know the outcome. If the issue still persists, kindly share updated screenshots of the Rule configuration and Data View so we can investigate further.

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the screenshots and detailed explanation regarding the P&L Rule configuration.

We understand that the "Total Income" row on your Profit and Loss Statement - Budget screen is not displaying values, even though the configuration appears similar to the Academy example.

To help us investigate this further, could you please confirm:

* Which Academy course you are currently working on?
* Whether this issue is occurring in:* Level 200 → and if so, which module (202 / 203 / 204….etc)?
* Or Level 300 → Part 1 / Part 2 and if so, which module.

This information will help us align the issue with the correct training material and reproduce the expected behavior more accurately.
