How to get last closed month desc

Hello

I have a button on my screen where i can re-initialise data for opened months based on the last closed month data. So i have a button "re-initialise forecast months based on last month (display the lastmonth) actuals"

In below example my laste month is Dec 24, im trying to a do a filter on block d, but block d is not getting computer at all. Any solution or workaround for this please.

Hope you're doing well.

your layout is correct and should be showing data ( just double check the logic of the "Detailed By" or " Refer To" Logics if you have any. You can double check also the blocks types that you're setting-in.

Which version are you using exactly ?

As an aside , if you're looking for a dynamic display of texts , please double check the Substitution Formulas as you can find a solution Natively.

Hi Khaleelah, I didn't mean you'd apply that selection to the screen, you'd use it in the trigger to populate a cube to flag the latest month, that would make it easier to then filter your layout using that cube.
