How or where I can download/access the Quick Wizard File for FCR 2.0?

Also is the quick configuration wizard restricted to depicif FCR versions?

As a new user with a fresh FCR Environment I want to load meta data via wizard but I can't find it in the azure or from export from wizard file, I checked in batch loading folder as well.
