Access for the training Instance

Hi,

I completed the Board Academy L100, L200, and L300 trainings approximately six months ago. As I am planning to take the BoardDeveloper Certification Exam, I would like to refresh my knowledge and get some additional hands-on practice.

Could you please provide me with access to the L200 training environment instance? This will help me revisit the Level 200 exercisesand prepare effectively for the certification exam.

I have made a few changes to your account. Could you please clear your browser's cache and cookies, then click Set Up again and check if the issue has been resolved?

Thank you for the information.

I have logged in to Board Academy and accessed the Level 200 course. However, When I click on the "Set Up" button it's showing this error message "The course is expired. This course has expired and the instance is no longer available." Could you please look into this.

I understand that you completed the Board Academy L100, L200, and L300 trainings and would like access to the Level 200 training environment to refresh your knowledge and prepare for the Board Developer Certification Exam.

As you would like to refresh your knowledge, I kindly request that you log in to the Board Academy, open the Level 200 course, and continue through the lessons. You will have the option to Set Up Training Instance during the course.

Since you completed the course approximately six months ago, your previous training instance would have been automatically deleted 15 days after its expiry date.
