We’re focused on diving deep into new capabilities - whether that’s enhanced AI functionalities or upgraded reporting & planning functionalities - to see how we can immediately translate them into value for our clients.

I could have checked "all of the above" in the poll if it were available! Since it is that time of year again, I chose Strengthening Planning processes. In the past we have focused on making sure the user has a positive experience, sometimes changing things on the fly to better serve them. This year, we will continue to focus on the user; however, we need to also make sure we are making it easy on the creators/admins. We will be reviewing our process and trying to find quicker, faster ways with less steps to make this a seamless process.
