Question regarding @selection display limit in selector

Hello,

We have noticed the following behavior when using a selector and displaying the @selection variable :

When up to 12 categories are selected, the names of all selected categories are displayed.
When 13 or more categories are selected, the category names are no longer displayed. Instead, only the number of selected categories is shown (e.g. "13/15").

Could you please confirm:

Is this behavior intended by design?
Is this limitation based on the number of selected elements or on the total number of characters returned by @selection ?
If a limit exists, what is the maximum number of elements or characters that can be displayed?

Hi Carolin, it's based on the number of tuples selected, @Selection will just use default behaviour but this can be extended and customised using Selection_Ex which allows you to specify a number of parameters including the maximum number of tuples it will list before it reverts to the m/M format, you can read about it here https://help.board.com/docs/substitution-formulas#selection
