Dear Board Community,
We would like to inform you about an upcoming Board Cloud infrastructure update that may require action from customers who use IP allow lists to manage access to Board Cloud services.
As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, Board will add additional inbound IP addresses from 1 November 2026. If your organization currently allows access to Board Cloud by whitelisting Board IP addresses, please update your allow list to include the additional IP addresses before this date. This will help ensure uninterrupted access to the affected Board Cloud services.
What is changing?
From 1 November 2026, additional inbound IP addresses will be introduced for selected Board Cloud services. The current IP addresses will continue to be used, and the new IP addresses should be added alongside the existing ones.
Affected endpoints
This change applies to the following Board Cloud endpoints:
- Subscription Hub
- Platforms
- Sandboxes
- Administrator portals
What is not affected
- Cloud Connectors, Board Shared Storages, and VPNs
- Outbound traffic from Board instances to external cloud or on-premises data sources
Board instances, platforms, and sandboxes will continue to use the current IP addresses for outbound traffic.

If your organization uses an IP allow list for Board Cloud access, please update it before 1 November 2026 to include the additional IP addresses listed in the Board Cloud architecture documentation:
