Yes. Board is designed to support planning applications where multiple users can enter and update planning data.

Board's Data Entry functionality allows users to input or modify values directly in Cubes through objects such as Data Views and Flex Grids. The entered values are written back to the Board Data Model and can then be used in calculations, procedures, forecasts, and other planning outputs. Getting started with Office Add-ins

More importantly for your specific Supply Chain Workflow question, Board Community has a dedicated example of implementing a workflow process where:

• A planner is assigned a particular workflow step.
• When the step is open, the planner can edit cells and perform data entry.
• The planner submits the step.
• An approver can subsequently approve or reject it.
• Workflow status can be used to control whether specific cells are editable.

So, for example, you could design something like:

Demand Planner → Capacity Planner → Supply Planner → Manager/Approver

Each analyst could be responsible for a particular product, location, period, or workflow step, with Board controlling which data they can update and when.

Can it be used with AWS?

Answer:

There are two different interpretations of "AWS", and this distinction is important.

If you mean storing/connecting Supply Chain data on AWS:
Board supports integration with AWS services such as Amazon S3 as a data source. The documentation specifically describes configuring an Amazon S3 connection using the AWS region and S3 bucket. Data Source

If you mean hosting the Board platform itself on AWS:
Board's standard Board Cloud SaaS is provisioned on Microsoft Azure, not AWS. However, Board documentation states that Board can also be installed on-premises or on a cloud environment of your choice.
