Hello Astha,

I understand that you would like the expiration date of your training instance to be extended so you can continue with the course.

After checking our internal tool, I can see that your course expired on 09/16/2026. Please note that once the course expires, the associated training instance is automatically deleted if it has not been extended.

At this stage, the available option is to delete the existing training instance so that you can restart the course from the beginning with a new instance.

Would you like me to proceed with deleting the existing training instance?

Thank you for your response.

As requested, we have deleted the existing expired training instance. You can now activate a new training instance from the course page.

Please note that with the new instance, you will need to restart the course from the beginning. Your previous progress from the expired instance will not be carried over.

If you encounter any issues while activating the new instance or accessing the course, please don't hesitate to reach out.
