All masks disappeared!!
Hi,
all of a sudden, all of the Capsule Masks disappeared and i cannot browse through them even though i can see which one is associated to every screen using the Screen Settings options.
What happened?
Does anyone have this situation or has faced this situation as well?

Hello,
this situation happens when there is more than a mask with the same name (the exact same name)
I suggest you do the following:
1) Go to the Home tab
2) Open the Mask properties -> Available Screen Masks
3) There you find the available masks (blue) and the screens using them: scroll down till you find a mask that appears twice
4) Press Delete on one of the two
5) Close
6) Try to open a mask and now they will be all back againPlease let me know if this works

i have found the duplicated Mask and removed it.
It is all working correctly now.Will remember this next time

As a word of warning, I ran into a similar issue when a capsule, mask and database all had the same name. The lesson I learned was to try and keep names distinct.
