status of BOARD knowledge base
Hi everybody,
What is the current official status and place of BOARD knowledge base ? I cannot find a few document on the community.board.com website.
- on the one hand From the official page (Link), the knowledge base is defined as https://community.board.com/, see screenshot below
- on the other hand, the website help.board.com refers to the knowledge base using this link: http://support.board.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/311/
Where can I find this article number 311 within https://community.board.com/ ?

Hi,
we are currently working on updating help.board.com replacing old link with new to community.board.com, updated version will be available in next weeks.

My question was general, i.e. what is the status and place of the knowledge base? one the one hand the documents are stored under support.board.com, but coming from the board.com website and following the knowledge base link doesn't lead to support.board.com but to community.board.com, see picture in message #1 of this thread.
I am confused, therefore the question.

I tried the link and it was not working so i provided another one.
I think that the knowledgebase will be migrated soon on the community.
Before opening the community the KB was only on support website, in future we will migrate all teh documents on this website

Is there any schedule of the migration of the KB from support.board.com into community.board.com ?
