Is there a good instruction guide (webinars, trainings, docs) on how to start using Board as a user to create dashboards and reports?
Is there a german documentation for Board available?

Hi Daniel Hartung,

the best way to get any user accustomed to using BOARD for dashboarding and building Reports would be to let them attend an A&R-Training. There they'll get to know the best practices and learn the first steps. And the documentation of such a Training (presentation and exercises) is available in german as well.

furthermore you can find some Webinars from our e-Education Program in our Support Knowledgebase (Board Support Desk - Powered by Kayako https://support.board.com/index.php? Help Desk Software ). Due to the fact, that the program stopped some years ago, the videos are a little bit older, but the content is still valid.

Hi,

our Product Support Knowledgebase section will soon be closed as all of the documentation existing in that section will be migrated to our Resources section in our Community.

 

It is also to streamline and foster End User self enablement that we have created our BOARDVille Community.

i'm positive that existing documentation, webinars and resources will help acquiring the necessary know-how to start working and building with BOARD, and the BOARDville Community users will do the rest in helping out if needed.

Just been given access to our board server which we currently don't utilise at all that much and am starting to investigate the process on setting up a basic report from scratch. Without the costly elearning site, are there no up to date basic tutorials on how to get started ?
