Error - Export data to Excel 365

Hi,

After upgrading the excel version to Excel office 365, we cannot export data from dataview to excel. Attached is the error messsag.

 

Any one can help on this? Thanks.

    Hi,

     

    the "HResult" errors are normally send from Excel, when BOARD is using some API. Can you please check if all prerequisits are installed, ifnot please install those elements. Sometimes also a repair installation of Office solved the problem.

    Thanks for sharing the solution. the issue has been fixed by repairing the office 365.
