Hi,

 

Are board can "Forgot Password"?i have lost my password.

    Hi Wahyu,

     

    You cannot reset the password, if you do not have an administrator access to your server (in this case your local machine). The only thing that you can do is to delete all files in your user folder: C:\Board\Users You can also cut them out of that folder and keep them in a different folder as a backup in case you remember the password again at some point.

     

    You will lose all users that you have setup on your machine!!!

     

    After you have deleted the files out of the mentioned folder, you will need to setup your first user again.

    Like that you can get access again to your capsules and databases.
