Client Web - Create PDF Report not working

Hi Guys,

 

I have a Board application running on Board 10.3 for which I don't manage to create a PDF report when using the Web client.

When I click the create report button (either in the top-right corner menu or directly on a screen object), the loading circle displays on the middle of the screen and nothing else happens after that.

 

In the console of my browser I get the following messages :

Does somebody have an idea of what happens here ?

    thanks for your request.

     

    Just some further questions to find the real problem:

     

    1. Do you receive an error code on top of you browser?

    2. Do you run BOARD Web on self Hosted Engine or in IIS?

    3. Do you have checked the error log in c:\C:\Program Files (x86)\Board\Board WebApi Server\App_Data\log\snapshotter for the self hosted engine. In IIS the folder is belonging to your settings

    4. Does the behavior occur for each or just special capsules / screens?
