Data does not appear to be supported format ?!

Hello There,

 

 I am trying to upload data through Data Fast Track > Local file > and my raw data file is in xlsx format , however when i am trying to import data into database its giving me an error stating "The Data doest not appear to be in supported foramt", i tired fixing Data format to YYYYMMDD , also removed blank rows, and there are no formulas or anything applied on raw data, could anyone please guide me on this.

    thanks for your request.

     

    In our Knowledgebase we have Data Fast Track Sample, which also consists sample files.

    In the DataFast Track you also can change the configuration of the column, perhaps this can also help you.

     

    The general Date Format must be synchronous to the definition of your board database, e.g your regional settings.

    Finally perhaps you can provide a short extract of the files (5-10 lines). According to this we can check your file directly, perhaps it´s also some other column which brings the problem.
