cart function doesn't work properly

Hello community,

 

we have a problem with the cart function.

One user has reported the problem that the pinboards are no longer present in the cart after closing BOARD.

Does someone have a solution or idea how to address the problem?

    Dear Jonas Trompeter,

     

    thanks for your request.

     

    By default the Carts of the Users are saved in Board\Capsule\PinBoard folder. Inside this you will find a capsule for each user according his Username.

    The described problem sounds like that you wouldn´t find one for the user with the problem.

     

    If so please try the following.

     

    Copy one of the other pinBoard Capsules and rename according to the username.
