We are facing a system timeout error?

If we remain logged on(unattended) for few hours, the session expires and throws the user out of the application.

Has anyone experienced this?

We are trying to figure out if Board forcing the session to expire or is it the internal network.

after reading your post I got several questions:

which version of BOARD do you use
are you using HTML5 in self hosted mode or within IIS
Is the problem occuring after a certain time (allways after 2h)
did you restart the WebApi between login and automatic logout of the user
did you got some useful information in login.log from board (board\dataset\log\users\Login.log)

Hi Sujata,

I think this is down to the scheduled IIS recycle that happens daily on BOARD cloud.

So this should only happen during the times when the recycle action occurs.
