Can't access downloads

Hi,

 

I am unable to view downloads in the board community portal. This is the error I get:

Username: lasheen
I am looking to upgrade from Board 10.3 to 10.5.1, do I need a new license for this, or is it simply upgrading the install.

    the dowload area is dedicated to our customers and active partners.

     

    Please contact you Board Sales and discuss with him/her about this unexpected behavior.

    Or open a ticket on the Support Portal inserting also your "CustomerID" code.
