Board Mailer Service doesn't start

Hello everybody,

 

When we try to start Board Mailer Services, we get the following even in our event log, and the service crashes.

All the other board services start without any problems.

 

We're using windows server 2012 R2 std 64x. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Dear Mehdi Noori,

 

did you check, that all prerquisites are fullfilled?

 

Did you install the BOARD web Api using setup.exe?

 

For Webmailer at least you need .NetFramework 4.7.2 or later.

 

Which BOARD Version you are running? Broadcasting works starting from BOARD 10.5.0.60603

Software is running on our client's application server. Unfortunately, I don't know how the software is installed.

However, I can provide you the following information:

 

.Net version: 4.7.2

Board 10 Client version: 10.5.2.28670

Board 10 Server version: 10.5.2.28640

Board 10 WebApi Engine Version: 10.5.2.28585

 

I hope the above information is enough for you to provide me with a solution.

you configured the Broadcasting Service according to the attached Article and your local settings?
