Board Mailer Service doesn't start

Hello everybody,

 

When we try to start Board Mailer Services, we get the following even in our event log, and the service crashes.

All the other board services start without any problems.

 

We're using windows server 2012 R2 std 64x. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Dear Mehdi Noori,

 

did you check, that all prerquisites are fullfilled?

 

Did you install the BOARD web Api using setup.exe?

 

For Webmailer at least you need .NetFramework 4.7.2 or later.

 

Which BOARD Version you are running? Broadcasting works starting from BOARD 10.5.0.60603
