How can I correctly set up the anonymous web user?

I have already tried the suggested settings, but after the service is restarted the home page is not loaded. By resetting the anonymous user as false in appSetting.config, the home page loads correctly.

    thanks for your request.

     

    Did you also fill the marked fields for Username and Passwort with valid BOARD User inside the appSettings.config file?

    I tested at the moment successfully and can´t find any problem in the function.

    Hi,

     

    please keep in mind, that customer needs an WebService License for using the ananymous User in HTML5.
