Does ETL requires to be redone after upgrade ?

Hello all,

 

We are upgrading Board from 10.1 to 10.3 ,

 

we will then move our Database folder to the upgraded version,

 

our question is do we have to redo ETL process again for all those protocols that already have ETL done ?

    Dear Garry Skene,

     

    what do you mean with move your database folder?

     

    Do you move the whole BOARD Folder let´s say from let´s say Drive C to Drive D?

     

    For general when you only perform an Upgrade it´s recommended testing the whole application on the new version e.g. on UAT and when this is successfully upgrading the Live Environment.

     

    But in general when you just perform an upgrade from 10.1. to 10.3 without any infrastructure changes there is no need of rebuilding anything. The Database and Capsules are working inisde the new version.

    Thank you very much Alexander Kappes ! This clears my doubts, 

     

    Btw can you please shed some light on the Issue why Crossview reference values disappears after we restart Board engine ?!

     

    I believe that it is not working as per the behavior mentioned in documentation on help.board.com .

     

    If you could please help on that query it would be really helpful,

     

    i've already posted the questions but no luck yet.
