Hi Jack Footer,
when you select a cube (by just clicking anywhere on its row). You should get this screen. You can change general properties and the versions.
Are you able to do this?

Hi Sebastian Gurt,
I too am having a similar problem to Jack Footer, however, I am having this when editing a Data View. There doesn't seem to be an option to change the cube?
Many Thanks

Hi - I am sorry. I misread the initial question. The question was about changing a cube in the layout. I don't think that it is possible right now. So you probably need to create a new block and switch it out.

Hope this will come soon. I also missed this already.

Really need this functionality back. It was in the Windows client. Recreating the cubes requires all the layout settings to be reconfigured and all the block formats to be redone. Very tedious.

Hi Mark Schad,
it is possible from 10.6.0.1 to replace the cube of an existing block by either dragging and dropping the new cube and selecting the desired option:
Or you can change the cube directly on the block options:
Hope this helps.

Hi Mark,
I know this is quite inappropriate to ask this on this QA Post Thread,
How do you handle the Training & Support for Board software, I just would like to know about the procedure and where the training materials will be available for elearning in Board Official website.
However, My queries to info@board.com is not getting prompted replies from Board Team.

Hi Björn Reuber,
Would like to know the procedure for Training & Support on Board Software, we have 24 perpetual licenses and it is built on 10.1.4, we are planning to have this upgraded to the Latest Version and would like to know more details on the roadmap of the upgradation and other training materials if we could learn and use it to the full best of the Board Software.
This seems to be very urgent. However, Have not got any prompted responses from Global Communicator "info@board.com" and the region based communicator "india@board.com", I made phone calls as well, but no luck.
Please let me know the right procedure to reach them.
Thanks,
Murali.
