could not use Board web

Board WEBApi not start and whenever i start then it will stop immediately. and i also could not run Board Web both on MS edge and IE. since i use http://localhost/

    Hello Wiboon Thabsuwan,

    usually a behavior like that is related to the port used by the WebAPI Engine.

     

    The default port is the 80.

    Is this port available for Board WebAPI Service in your environment or is it already used by another service?

     

    have you already tried to change it (with port 90, for example)?

    yes and thank you very much. as i change the config file to 90. then i can start webapi service and also can run web as well. thank you so much for your advise.
