Hello,

I got the following message when trying to login on BOARD:

Connection failed: object reference not set to an instance of an object

I stopped and restarted the BOARD server but I still have the issue. An idea?

Thank you and best regards

    Hi,

  • Hello Björn Reuber,

i have the same Problem here.
Iam sure that i can solve this problem with the correct configuration in the snapshotter.config file.

This problem is already solved over here Upgrading to 10.3.

But i can´t figure out the correct configration for the ip port.
My BOARD Server is running via ssl so i tried the config with "https://..." and port 443.

I think it's the firewall configuration, but I do not know what port to set. Is it the 44311 port?

Thank you for your help and regards

    Florian

    Hi Florian Hue,

I doesnt think you got the same error, cause Marcels error is related to win client and yours to HTML5.

About your question, for snapshotter, please don't touch the first line of configuration. For the 2nd line please use your board host (as configured in appSettings -> host)

    regards
