Screenerror with web client
Good afternoon,
I have a strange problem with a screen.
When I open it with the Windows Client it works without problems, also the items in the pager are shown.
When I open the same screen with the Web Client, it shows this red message box with a reference and the pager is empty.
Probably there is a solution or do I have the possibility to find more details on this reference in some log files?

Hi Egon Santoni,
you can find more about the error you received on the log file of the WebAPI application.
The log is located under the installation folder of the web application. The default path is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Board\Board WebApi Server\App_Data\log" if the application is running in self-hosted mode. If the web application is running under IIS the log is generated on the following path: "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\B10WEB\App_Data\log" where B10WEB is the name of the site you have configured on IIS for the Board web application.
Inside the log file, you have to search the error reference number to obtain the stack trace of the error. This will help you to understand which was the root cause of the error/exception you have received in your screen.

Hello Egon,
Try to restart the BoardWebApiEngine from the task manager or try to empty the browser cashe it may solve your problem
